We all need support and counseling throughout life, regardless of gender or age. My aim is to help my clients find ways to truly express their feelings and the tools that can be of great benefit throughout their lives. This can help them develop strong and healthy relationships with their partner, family, relatives and friends.

Today I mainly work online and with all ages. I am available for you who speak Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and English. I also believe in the walk and talk model, which can be very good especially when we are going through difficult or tough crises or sorrows in our lives. The walk can feel like a freer place, where one's thoughts can relax and find peace and quiet, a place for reflection and space for feelings and processing emotions etc.

Relational Therapy

Relational therapy is counseling where the individual can find support regarding the challenges that the individual might be facing when it comes to relationships. And it could also be about how a person can develop her/ his ability when it comes to developing relation- or friendships, as well as the development of social interaction/ skills. This is beneficial for healthy and good friendships and relationships and family ties.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is for those of you who want to invest in your relationship, perhaps right from the start of your relationship. Or for those of you who have lived together for a while and feel that you need help to find your way back to each other and be reminded of why you chose each other in the first place. Then find ways forward that can make you stronger together, and that can carry the relationship forward throughout life.

Counseling

Counseling is a place where you can offload what you struggle or wrestle with. Together one can find words for feelings and find ways and tools that can be of great benefit throughout life.

Crisis and Grief

Crisis and grief speak their own language. We sometimes need to talk about what we are facing, are in right now or have already been through. In crisis and grief, we need to process and/or process things. We need a place of relief, a time where we can go through what we are in or have gone through. To see (understand) connections, get explanatory models and find ways forward despite what hurts.

Soul Care/Counseling

Soul care is about taking care of what exists, is experienced and felt but is not seen. Taking care of what can also be seen as the spiritual side of me. Talking about meaning of life, God-faith-hope-love, talking existentiality and why we are here on this earth. That is, nurture the spiritual side of myself.
